Rules for attending circus events and selling tickets
- By purchasing a ticket for a performance, the Spectator undertakes to comply with the rules of attendance, as well as the rules of conduct and access control established in the Circus.
- Entrance to the Circus is possible with a ticket. One ticket gives the right to visit the event to one person.
- The spectator can purchase tickets for the Circus Events in one of the following ways:
- on the “STAR Circus Georgia” website;
- from official distributors.
- The ticket contains:
- time and date of service provision (time and date of the event);
- cost of service;
- and other information provided in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
- When purchasing a ticket, the Spectator has the right to receive comprehensive and complete information about the Events held in the Circus.
- Tickets are sold at the box office both for cash and using bank cards.
- If a ticket is lost or damaged, a new ticket will not be issued. The Circus has the right to refuse a spectator access to an event if the damaged ticket does not allow the authenticity of the ticket or information about the seat in the hall, the date of the event or other information necessary for the use of the ticket to be established. In case of copying of electronic ticket forms, access to the event will be opened only for the ticket that was presented first.
- The ticket is not personalized (does not contain the viewer's name).
- Ticket exchange for another event is not permitted.
- The circus administration reserves the right to make changes to the composition of the programs.
- In case of being late for the Event and/or not attending the Event for any reason, the ticket price will not be refunded.
- An unused ticket does not give the right to enter other events, payment for such a ticket is non-refundable.
- In case of ticket return at the initiative of the Spectator, the refund is made only for the nominal value of the ticket, indicated on the ticket itself.
- The cost of the service fee is non-refundable, including: agent commission, payment terminals and any other fees and payments of the viewer related to the purchase of a ticket.
- In case of replacement, cancellation or postponement of the Event at the initiative of the organizer, the viewer has the right to request a refund of the cost of tickets at the place of purchase.
- In case of return of tickets at the initiative of the Spectator the return is made no later than 2 (two) days before the start of the Event. After the expiration of this period, tickets are not accepted, funds are not returned.
- Tickets are returned in the following order:
- if tickets were purchased at the Circus box office for cash, refunds are made at the Circus box office;
- if tickets were purchased at the Circus box office using a bank card refunds are made at the Circus box office if you have the bank card from which the funds were debited;
- if tickets were purchased through a distributor, refunds are made independently by Spectator through the same distributor, in accordance with its internal rules and no later than two days before the event.
- Children under 3 (three) years of age may attend performances free of charge upon presentation of a document confirming the child's age (birth certificate or entry), but without providing a separate seat; however, only one child under 3 (three) years of age may attend with one accompanying person.
- Upon reaching the age of 3 (three), a full ticket is purchased for the child.
- Minors under the age of 12 (twelve) are admitted to the circus with a ticket only if accompanied by an adult attendant with a ticket.
- Visiting the circus with any animals is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to bring into the territory of the circus: any types of firearms, gas, traumatic and bladed weapons; flammable, explosive, toxic and strongly smelling substances and objects; pyrotechnics of all kinds, any glass container; bulky items, bulky things.
- It is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages and be drunk on the territory of the circus; smoking in all rooms of the circus; apply any informational content; private retail and other commercial activities without the written permission of the circus administration.
- It is forbidden during the performance: to create situations that prevent the audience from watching the performance, telephone conversations, using audio equipment, walking around the hall.
- During the performance, it is not allowed to illuminate the artists with laser pointers and other sources of directed light; the presence of spectators in the office premises and unauthorized access to the arena.
- Spectators must respect the interests of other spectators.
- Persons who violate the established rules are removed from the circus without compensation for the ticket price.
- The control over the implementation of these rules is carried out by circus employees.
